You can picture winning as whatever crosses the finish line first — the one that comes out on top. Hold that 'it's the one that wins' picture and the rest spread out from it: not just the winner itself, but anything that carries you toward winning, anything charming enough to 'win people over', and a run of wins lined up one after another.
