adjective · B2
Squeezed or pressed so that the liquid has been taken out. You meet it most often in freshly juiced, put in front of the name of a fruit or vegetable.
One way to hold juiced is to picture juice moving: out of a lemon when you press it, or into a person until they are full of it. The literal sense is the pressing — juiced lemons, freshly juiced carrots. Every other use turns the picture around and fills something up instead: a crowd full of energy before a game, an athlete full of steroids, a character in an old film full of drink.
Wiktionary gives the form plainly as juice + -d, the verb juice used as an adjective. That keeps the literal 'had the juice taken out' layer as the base and leaves the livelier uses as pictures built on top of it.

adjective · C1
Very excited about something that is coming, so that you can hardly keep still. It is slang, and you are usually juiced about something.
adjective · C1
Drunk. It is slang and now sounds old-fashioned, so you meet it mostly in older films, songs and novels rather than in today's speech.
