    A juicer is a kitchen machine that gets the liquid out of fruit, and sometimes vegetables. You press an orange on a small one, or you put pieces into a bigger one that spins or squeezes them. People also call a person a juicer if they make a lot of juice at home, though actually the machine is the meaning you will meet first, and far more often. It is an everyday word, not a fancy one. A blender is a different tool: a blender keeps the thick mashed fruit in the drink; a juicer is trying to leave the skin and much of the pulp behind, though a cheap juicer still gives you a cloudy glass.
