核心畫面

Picture a wide, open, flat stretch of ground out in the country — fenced off, with crops growing or animals grazing. That open, bounded patch of land is the seed image. From it grow two big directions: other open grounds marked off for a purpose (a sports pitch, a battlefield, an ), and the abstract idea of a bounded 'area' you work or operate inside (a field of study, a field of vision, a force field).
