人心裡鬆不掉:擔心、不安
這是核心畫面直接落在「人」身上的樣子:不安定的感覺長在某個人的心裡。
worried, uneasy · adjective · B2
Worried or a little afraid, because you feel that something bad might happen and you cannot fully relax until you know everything is all right.
不安的
A helpful way to picture it: 'ease' is being able to settle — you sit back, your shoulders drop, nothing needs watching. 'Un-easy' takes that away. You cannot quite settle: something in the situation is not finished or not safe, so a small part of you stays alert, waiting to see what happens next. It is not fear or panic — it is the low hum of not being able to relax.
