核心畫面

One way to hold 'rich': a vessel filled right up — heavy, full, more than enough of some good thing. The first thing English fills it with is money (a rich person has plenty and to spare), but the same fullness pours into anything: soil packed with nutrients, food loaded with cream and butter, a smell or colour or sound that is deep and concentrated, a life or a country crowded with interesting things. At its edge the word even turns playful — calling a hypocrite's complaint 'rich,' as if it were almost too much.
