核心畫面

You can picture foot as the flat part at the very bottom of your leg — the part that touches the ground, carries your whole weight, and takes you forward step by step. Almost everything else 'foot' means grows from this one picture: it is the lowest part (where the leg meets the floor), it is what you walk and stand on, and it becomes a unit of length because people once measured by literally or by a real foot's length.
