A useful picture is someone whose mind is full of thought — literally thought-full. Look at them and you can tell something is turning over inside: they are quiet, a little slow to answer, eyes somewhere else. From that one picture the word goes two ways: where the thinking is aimed at other people it becomes kindness, and where it is aimed at a piece of work it becomes care and completeness.
