人與階級:出身上流的樣子
這一家就是核心畫面本身:posh 最根本是在描述「上流階級的那一套」——出身、腔調、舉止。
upper-class · adjective · B2
Belonging to a high social class, or speaking and behaving in the way people from a high social class do.
上流的;貴族氣的
One way to hold it: posh points at the marks of the upper class — and at things that wear those marks. Picture a hotel lobby with a and a , or someone whose tell you which school they went to. Posh is not simply 'good' or 'expensive'; it is 'this belongs to the world of rich, well-born people', and the speaker is usually standing slightly outside that world, looking in.

talk posh · r · B2
