一小段音樂
同樣是「一口氣的長度」,只是換成聲音:說話有語句,旋律也有樂句,兩者都是聽得出來的自然斷點。
musical phrase · noun · B1
A short run of notes that forms one complete part of a tune.
樂句
A handful of words that travel together as one lump of meaning — shorter than a sentence, bigger than a word. Say it and you hear one breath, one shape. That shape is the whole word: music borrows it for a run of notes that hangs together, and the verb is what you do when you choose the shape rather than just the words.
