把話講開
兩個人面對面,中間沒有別人,話就可以直接說出口。這個家族談的都是「怎麼講話」這件事。
adjective · B2
Used about a talk between two men in which each one speaks openly and honestly, saying what he really thinks instead of going around the subject.
男人之間坦誠的
You can think of two men standing directly in front of each other, with nobody and nothing in between. One man, and facing him, one other man. Everything this word does comes out of that picture. In a conversation, it means the words go straight across that small gap: no third person listening, no going around the subject. On a sports field, it means the same pairing, but now it is a defender and the one opponent he has been given to follow.
