One way to hold `seasoned`: something has been worked on until it is ready to use. Salt and pepper go into the food and it finally tastes right. Wood is stacked and left until the water is gone and it will not bend. A person meets the same job for years until nothing shakes them. In each picture the thing is not new any more. Something was added to it, or time was allowed to work on it, and now it is fit for use.

seasoned 可以想成：這樣東西已經被處理過，現在剛好可以用。食物加了鹽和胡椒，味道才對。木頭堆著慢慢乾，之後才不會變形。人在同一件事裡待很多年，遇到狀況也不會慌。三個畫面的共同點是「它不是剛出來的」。有東西加進去了，或是時間走過去了，它才變成現在這個樣子。
