有保留的說法

limited; conditional · adjective · B1
Not complete or total; agreed to or true only in a limited way.
有保留的;有條件的
Picture a set of conditions, and someone or something meeting them. Point that at a person and it means they clear the bar for the job — by skill, or formally by exam and licence. Point it at a statement and the conditions become limits instead: the agreement is real, but only inside the boundary drawn around it.
