桌上不能動的換成一張紙。在金融用語裡，negotiable 指「可以轉手、價值照算」，所以加了 non- 之後，這張票就只能由票面上的人領。這是同一個字在另一個領域的專門用法，這裡只描述現在怎麼用，不對歷史來源下判斷。
