把注意力收攏
被收攏的東西換成注意力:心思本來會四處跑,現在全部集中到眼前這一件事上。
concentrate, focus mentally · verb · B1
To think very carefully about the one thing you are doing, and not let your mind go to other things.
專心
Picture things that were spread out being drawn in to one point — the same amount, but now packed into a much smaller space, so that point becomes dense and strong. That one move explains all the uses: pull your attention in and you are focusing; pull the water out of a juice and what is left is stronger.
