這一族就是核心畫面本身:一張已經做好的表。三個意思的差別只在格子裡填的是什麼——班次、課,還是任何一件要發生的事。
transport schedule · noun · A2
A written list that shows the times when buses, trains, or planes arrive and leave.
時刻表
Picture time laid out flat on a grid. Time itself is invisible and slips past you, but draw it as rows and columns — this hour, that platform, that class — and a whole day or a whole project sits on one sheet your eye can take in at once. A timetable can be thought of as exactly what the two words say: time put into a table.
