Start with the feet. Someone is walking, but slowly, with loose shoulders and no clock to beat, and arriving is not the reason they are out. Hold that walk and let it grow. Put the walker in a restaurant with an instrument, and the slow walk becomes a way of performing: he comes to you instead of you facing a stage. Stretch the same walk across a map, and a whole company is drifting from town to town with its costumes in a cart. Slow feet, then feet that carry the show to the people.
