    Having a lot of the training, degrees, skills or experience that are needed to do a particular job or task well.

    「well-qualified」講的是「該有的都有，而且不只是剛好夠」。qualified 是「有資格」（門檻過了），well- 再往上加一層，變成「資格好到讓人放心」。常用在求職、選人、找老師或醫生的場合，句型多半是 well-qualified for the job／well-qualified to do something。
