Picture something reaching out and just brushing a person - not pushing, not hitting, only reaching in far enough to leave them changed. Where it lands decides the meaning. Land on the heart and the person is warm and grateful. Land on the mind and the person is slightly off in a way everybody notices. Either way somebody or something got in from outside, and the person did not choose it.
