跨過長路的人和車
線上真的有東西在走:這是最具體、也最常見的一支。
adjective · B2
Travelling or going across a great distance. It is used in front of a noun, for a person, vehicle, journey, route, or race that covers a long way.
長途的
One way to hold this word: draw a long line between two points and then ask what has to cross it. If a person or a vehicle crosses it, you get the runner, the bus, the flight. If a voice crosses it, you get the phone call. If two people stand at the ends and cannot cross it often, you get the relationship. The line is the same in all three; what changes is who or what is trying to get over it.
