證明你做得來
最核心的一支:桌上放的東西是用來回答「你會不會」。
noun · B2
The education, training, achievements and experience that show other people you are able to do a particular job, or that you really know a subject.
資歷/條件
You can think of credentials as whatever you put on the table when someone asks, how do I know about you? A degree, a licence, a list of jobs, a pass on a lanyard, a password at a sign-in screen — different objects, one job. Each of them stands in for you and answers for you, so the person deciding does not have to take your word.
