Having wheels. It is an adjective, and it almost always sits in front of a noun: a wheeled suitcase, a wheeled bin, a wheeled walking frame. You would not usually say "my suitcase is wheeled" — for that, English prefers "my suitcase has wheels" or "it's on wheels". Its real job is to separate one kind of thing from another kind of the same thing: a wheeled bin as opposed to the old bin you had to carry, a wheeled chair as opposed to a plain chair. Because of that it turns up a lot in shops, hospitals, city rules and army writing — "wheeled vehicles" (cars, trucks) as opposed to "tracked vehicles" (tanks, bulldozers). A very common shape is a number or word plus wheeled, joined with a hyphen: two-wheeled, four-wheeled, three-wheeled, rubber-wheeled. There is a separate wheeled that is simply the past tense of the verb wheel — "She wheeled her bike into the garage", "He wheeled round to face me". Same spelling, different word class; the adjective is the one meaning 'having wheels'.
