A urinal is the toilet made for men to pee into while standing up. It is usually a bowl or a shallow basin fixed to the wall, sometimes just a long trough that several men share, and you find them in the men's room of schools, stations, restaurants, and bars. Women's toilets do not normally have them. The word is neutral and completely usable in public — a cleaner, a , or a sign on a wall will all say urinal — but because the topic is toilets, people often just say "the men's room" instead of naming the fixture. In hospitals there is a second, older use: a portable urinal is a bottle-shaped container that a patient who cannot get out of bed pees into. British and American English agree on both meanings. Pronunciation is worth : most speakers say YOOR-in-al, with the stress on the first part, though you will also hear yoo-RY-nal from some older or British speakers.
組成From Latin ūrīnālis "to do with urine", through Old French urinal, which meant a vessel for urinating. So the word started life as the name of a container, and only became the name of the wall fixture around 1851, when modern plumbing arrived.
