Urinary is the adjective for the parts of the body that make, store, and carry out urine, and for anything to do with that process. The phrase you will meet most is **urinary tract** — the whole pathway: the kidneys, the two tubes down to the bladder, the bladder itself, and the tube out. Very common in real life is **urinary tract infection**, often shortened to **UTI**, which makes peeing hurt and makes you need to go all the time. You will also see urinary system, urinary problems, and, in hospitals, urinary catheter (a soft tube put in to drain the bladder). This is a medical-register word: doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and health articles use it, and ordinary people use it too when talking about a diagnosis, but nobody uses it casually about the act of peeing itself. Note the shape of it — urinary almost always sits in front of a noun; you would not say "my problem is urinary" in normal speech.
