Tanzanian does the two jobs that country words do in English. As an adjective it means "of Tanzania": Tanzanian coffee, the Tanzanian government, a Tanzanian passport. As a noun it means a person from Tanzania: "She's a Tanzanian", "three Tanzanians won medals". Notice that the noun takes a and takes -s in the plural — this is true of country words ending in -an (Korean, American, Kenyan) but not of those ending in -ese or -ish, where you must say a Japanese person and the British. Always a capital letter, wherever it sits in the sentence. Stress it tan-zuh-NEE-un, same shape as the country. Tanzania is a country of many peoples and more than a hundred languages, so Tanzanian is about which country's papers you hold, not about one shared background — a useful thing to remember before assuming anything about someone you have just met.
組成Tanzania + -an, the ending English puts on a place name to make "belonging to that place". That -an travelled a long way to reach us: Latin -anus, through Old French, into Middle English. It is the same ending in American, Korean, Mexican, and Italian.
