核心畫面

One way to picture 'really': it points a finger at what is genuinely the case — 'this is for real, not just how it looks or what you might think.' That one move, pressing on reality, splits two ways: you can press it onto a fact to say 'this is what's truly so' (and to push back on what seems true), or you can press it onto a word to crank up its force — 'truly, strongly so.' From there it becomes the little reactions we toss into talk — Really? to show surprise, doubt, or interest — and the like not really.
