夥伴關係 / 合作
Picture two people who have agreed to pull the same cart: what each one does counts for both of them, and neither is working for the other. Partnership is the name for that arrangement — the tie itself. Depending on the sentence, the same word can point at the tie, at the company the tie built, or at any two sides who have chosen to pull together.
