Liposuction is a cosmetic operation in which a doctor puts a thin tube under the skin and sucks out body fat, usually from the stomach, thighs, arms, or under the chin. People also call it 'lipo' for short, which is the word you will hear in normal conversation ('she had lipo done'). It is a noun; you 'have liposuction' or 'get liposuction'. Occasionally people use it as a verb, but that is loose talk, not careful English. One thing worth knowing, because the word makes people expect the wrong thing: liposuction is for shaping, not for losing weight. Doctors are quite firm about this. It takes fat from one place to change a body's line; it does not make a heavy person light, and the fat can come back elsewhere if a person's habits do not change. The word carries a social flavour in English too — mentioning someone's liposuction often implies a small judgement about vanity or taking a shortcut, so people usually say it about themselves quietly, or about others behind their backs.
