    Judaic is an adjective. It means “of or about Judaism” — the Jewish religion whose sacred books are the Hebrew Scriptures. Many of those writings are also in what Christians call the Old Testament, though that is a Christian name, not a Jewish one. You will see Judaic studies, Judaic law, Judaic tradition: school-and-book English. In everyday talk people more often say Jewish. Though actually, Jewish can mean the people, the culture, or the faith; Judaic leans toward the religion and the old writings. It is not a noun. The religion itself is called Judaism.
