Picture a measuring line with a mark on it that says 'this much is needed'. 'enough' is the moment the amount climbs up and reaches that mark — not below it (too little), just up to where it's needed. Whether you're counting things (enough chairs) or measuring a quality (warm enough), enough is the point where the level meets the need.
