A Dutchwoman is a woman from the Netherlands — the country of Amsterdam, not Germany, and not “Holland” as a full name for the whole country, though people still say Holland loosely. The male pair is Dutchman; the people as a group are the Dutch. In real speech, Dutchwoman is a bit dictionary-like. Many people just say “she’s Dutch” or “a Dutch woman” as two words, and that sounds more natural in conversation. You still meet the one-word form in the same family as Englishwoman or Frenchwoman. One more messy truth: English Dutch and German Deutsch are old cousins, but in English today Dutch points to the Netherlands. Calling a German woman a Dutchwoman is a real and rather awkward mix-up.
