The adverb of 'technological'. It means 'in terms of technology' or 'in a way that has to do with machines, computers, and modern methods'. It is used in two main ways. First, in front of an adjective, to say WHICH WAY something is true: 'technologically advanced' means advanced in its technology (maybe not advanced in other ways); 'technologically possible' means we have the machines to do it — it says nothing about whether it is a good idea, or legal, or affordable. That limiting job is the heart of the word: a speaker who says 'technologically, we can do it' is often quietly telling you that in some other way, we can't. Second, at the start of a sentence, to set the topic: 'Technologically, the country has changed a lot in twenty years.' It is a long, formal-sounding word. You meet it in news reports, business writing, and school essays much more than in daily talk. In conversation people usually just say 'the technology is better now' instead. Note that it does not mean 'by using technology' — for that, people say 'with technology' or name the tool.
