A shutterbug is someone who loves taking photographs and takes a lot of them. It is playful and informal, a little old-fashioned — from the days when a camera made a real click as the shutter opened and closed. It is not a job title. A working photographer might smile at it; it is more for the keen amateur who always has a camera, who stops the walk to take one more shot. "Bug" here means a person who is crazy about a hobby, not an insect. Though actually, younger people may just say they are "into photography" or call themselves 攝影迷; shutterbug still turns up, especially in American English, with a warm, teasing tone.
