  1. 1混蛋（極髒的罵人話，不要用。中文不會照「屎＋頭」來罵。）

    This is a very rude name for someone you think is stupid, or someone you are very angry with. Do not use this word. It is a swear word. English built it the same ugly way as dickhead: a dirty word plus head, and the whole thing means “nasty, stupid person.” People say it when they have already lost their temper, not in careful talk. You may hear it in films or in a fight. There is no polite version, and no place at school or work where it is all right. Though actually, speakers are not talking about a body part; they are just swearing at the person. If you need to say you are angry, choose a much milder word.

組成From shit + head. Made as a dirtier copy of dickhead: head stands for the person, and the first word makes it ugly.
