In this use, restored is how you feel when you are better and stronger again — after sleep, food, quiet, or getting well. “I feel restored” means the tiredness or weakness has lifted; you are back. It is the past form of restore used as a feeling-word, a little warmer and more complete than just “better”. Though actually, restored has a much bigger life elsewhere: a restored painting, a restored building, a king restored to the throne. Those are the same verb, but this entry is only the “feeling well again” sense. Everyday English often just says better, recovered, or myself again; restored sounds a touch literary, but people do say it.
