This is the how-word for that same talking treatment. If you look at a problem psychoanalytically, you look at it the way psychoanalysis would: not only at what a person says they want, but at what may be hidden underneath — childhood, buried feeling, the part of the mind they cannot easily see. You cannot “have a psychoanalytically”; it is not the treatment itself. It tells you how someone is looking, listening, or explaining. It is a long, formal adverb. In ordinary talk people almost never need it; they say in therapy or in a deep way instead.
