The same family as psychoanalytic — it still points to that talking treatment that looks for hidden causes in a person's life and feelings. The extra letters do not change the meaning. You will meet both spellings in books; psychoanalytic is a little more common in American writing, psychoanalytical a little more at home in British writing, though actually many writers use either without a real difference. Use it the same way: a psychoanalytical approach, a psychoanalytical study of a story or a dream. It is still a formal, specialist word, not the everyday word therapy.
