If a way of doing something is practicable, you can actually do it in this situation — the path is possible, not only nice to imagine. A plan can be clever and still not practicable: no road, no money, no time, or the law says no. It is a formal, slightly official word. British law and workplace rules love the phrase reasonably practicable: do what you reasonably can, given real limits, not what a perfect world would demand. Though actually, this is the word English mix with practical all the time. Practical means useful, sensible, good at real problems ("a practical person," "practical shoes"). Practicable almost never describes a person. You can say a method is practicable; you do not say "she is very practicable." A tool can be practical (useful) while a plan is still not practicable (not possible to carry out this week).
組成Borrowed from Latin prācticābilis, partly modelled on Middle French praticable. By surface analysis: practice (to carry out) + -able (can be done).
