1. 1

Practicably is the adverb: in a way that can actually be done, or to the degree that is possible in the real situation. Official letters and contracts love as soon as (is) practicably possible — as soon as you reasonably can, given real limits, not the second the clock would allow in a perfect world. Health-and-safety English also uses so far as is reasonably practicable. It is formal. You will almost never hear it in casual chat. Though actually, who already mix practicable and practical will mix practicably and practically too. Practically often means "almost" ("practically finished") or "in a practical way." Practicably does not mean "almost." If you write "the room was practicably empty," that is the wrong word; you wanted practically.
