1. 1

Pitch-and-putt is a small, short form of golf. The course is tiny next to a full golf course, and the holes are short, so you mostly pitch the ball onto the green and then putt. You do not need a full bag of clubs. It is a real game with its own rules, not just children knocking a ball into a toy hole. Though actually, people sometimes say mini-golf for any small golf; mini-golf (or crazy golf) is usually even smaller, and often only putting, sometimes around silly obstacles. Pitch-and-putt sits in between: still golf, just a short version, with a real pitch shot and then a putt.

    短洞高爾夫。台灣口語常把各種小型高爾夫都叫「迷你高爾夫」;正宗 pitch-and-putt 還包含切球上果嶺,不只推桿。
