An old idea, popular in the 1800s, that the shape of your skull shows your personality and what you are good at. People drew maps of the head and felt for bumps. It looked tidy and scientific at the time, but it is not true, and nobody serious uses it as medicine now. We still talk about it because it shows how a neat-looking idea can be wrong, and because the old head-charts still turn up in museums and jokes.
