To photosensitize something is to make it photosensitive — to treat it so that light will now change it or set off a reaction. A chemist may photosensitize a material; a doctor may use a drug that photosensitizes cells or skin, so that light can then do a job (or so that you must stay out of strong sun). It is a lab and hospital verb, not a kitchen-table one. You almost never hear it outside science or medicine.
使感光;光敏化(化學、醫學用語)
組成photo- (light) + sensitize (to make sensitive).
