A nanomachine is a machine so small that its parts may be made of single molecules. Scientists are trying to make nanomachines for medicine — something that could travel inside the body and do a very small job. This is more of a laboratory word than nanobot. Nanobot sounds like a tiny robot in a film; nanomachine sounds like engineering. You will see it in science news. Though actually, many of these machines are still something people are working towards, not something in every hospital.
