Municipally tells you that something is done by a town or city government, or belongs to it. A municipally owned bus company is run by the city, not by a private firm. A park may be municipally funded — the city pays. It is a formal, official adverb. You meet it in news and reports more than in conversation. Though actually, often want a describing word here; that adjective is municipal. Municipally answers “how?” or “by whom?” in a city-government way.
由市政府;市營
組成municipal + -ly. Municipal is the adjective; -ly turns it into an adverb.
