Manoeuvrable means easy to move or turn, especially if you are talking about a vehicle. A manoeuvrable car can slip into a small parking space. A manoeuvrable kayak can turn in a narrow river. A heavy truck is usually not very manoeuvrable. From manoeuvre + -able: able to be manoeuvred. It is a compliment for a machine: nimble, handy, not clumsy. The spelling is British; American English writes maneuverable. You may also meet it of a wheelchair, a cart, or a drone — anything you have to steer in a tight place. It is not the everyday word for a person who is good at office politics; that idea lives more in manoeuvre and manoeuvring as nouns.
