Listlessness is the name of that empty, tired feeling: no energy, no interest, no wish to start. Writers and doctors use the noun when they want to talk about the state itself, not one moment of it. A few days of listlessness after a fever is common; weeks of it may mean something else is going on, like low mood. It is quieter and a little more formal than just saying you feel tired.
