Judiciously means “in a sensible, careful way.” You add it to a verb: spend judiciously, speak judiciously, choose judiciously. It is how you did the thing, not where you did it. It is a little formal. In everyday talk, people say carefully, wisely, or with care. Same family trap as the adjective: would mean “by a court.” If no judge is in the room, you almost certainly want judiciously.
