Gastronomically is the adverb: in a way that has to do with fine cooking or the pleasure of eating. You might say a town is gastronomically famous (its food is what people talk about), or gastronomically speaking, this sauce is too heavy. Same slightly fancy, food-writing tone as gastronomic. You almost never need it in everyday chat; it lives in reviews and in careful, a-bit-showy talk about food.
