1. 1

A clicktivist is a person who shows they want to protest or to support a cause mainly by clicking on a phone or computer: signing an internet petition, sharing a post, changing a profile picture, or pressing like. The activity itself — that use of the internet as a kind of protest or support — is often called clicktivism; the clicktivist is the person doing it. The word is not a warm compliment. People often say it with a small smile, or a little bite, because the help is quick and easy, and maybe too easy. A message can still race around the world in a minute this way. It can also stay on the screen and never become a meeting, a vote, or a day of real work. You will meet it in news and opinion writing more than in ordinary family chat. Older may look down on it; younger people may treat it as a normal first step.

    點擊行動主義者(常帶調侃,指多半只在網路上連署、按讚聲援的人;和愛罵戰的「鍵盤戰士」不是同一個意思)
