In a way that judges other people harshly and says out loud that they are wrong. If you speak or look at someone censoriously, you are not just disagreeing — you are telling them, or showing them, that you think badly of what they did. The word carries a feeling of someone standing above you, sure they are the better person. It is a formal, written word; people say it about characters in books, about newspapers, about a strict aunt or a strict church. In real conversation a Taiwanese student is far more likely to hear "she talked about it really judgmentally" or "he was so critical about it". Note that it often describes HOW someone speaks or looks rather than what they actually said — "she coughed censoriously" works, because the disapproval is in the sound.

帶著責備地、以批判的口吻地。注意不是單純「批評」（criticize），而是那種「我道德上比你高一等」的指責感，語氣裡有看不起。
